Shipping Charges: ₹139 for orders up to ₹2,999. FREE shipping on orders above ₹2,999.
International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

Return Policies

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, for a full refund.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products only.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Used or washed products, customized items, clearance sale items, and change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
Free Return Pickup: Reverse shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Damaged or Wrong Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
Refund Processing: Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer/UPI for COD orders.
Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
