• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within India is 5 business days after dispatch. International delivery takes approximately 15 business days.
• Shipping Charges: ₹139 for orders up to ₹2,999. FREE shipping on orders above ₹2,999.
• International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
• Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email or phone once your order is dispatched.

• Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, for a full refund.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products only.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used or washed products, customized items, clearance sale items, and change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
• Free Return Pickup: Reverse shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
• Refund Processing: Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer/UPI for COD orders.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
